Appellant Reply

In the process of appealing a case to the Court of Appeals Dan Brewington filed an Appellant Brief (part 1and part 2), then the Attorney General’s Office files an Appellee Brief, and then Brewington gets to answer that with an Appellant Reply. The Appellant Reply was filed Monday, July 23, 2012. Brewington also filed a Motion for Oral Argument on July 23, 2012. The Court of Appeals rarely grants those but we are hopeful. First Amendment Rights should never be taken for granted or someone will take them away when we are not expecting it.

  1. Dan,
You are an inspiration to so many!

Ahng in there, because you are in the United States of America and what ever type of bushleague justice that seems to be accepted there, it would seem to fly in the face of the very constitution which we are all bound by. Even those who seem to have malicisiously and vendictively stripped you of your civil rights. They may believe to own the people of that county and state, but they do not own your civil rights. I thought you might find this "Rule 44. Proving an Official Record" interesting along with some of the adjacent perhaps applicable rules. http://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcp/rule_44

Also, I thought you might find the following Yale white paper to be very interesting. I bet you could probably add some accurate expansion on just what it really looks like and, well, it doesn't seem to find need in hiding while in Dearborn County Indiana. Any Idea on how many tourists, business people, or just passers through could just as easily end up with in your situation while such levels of corruption seems to be in existance? As for the citizens who have bent over and accepted their opressed roles and look the other way, well I hope they find themselves in your same predicament before you are vindicated so that they can, if capable, thank you for telling the emperor that he really is naked and answers to the Constitution. Enough for now, we are many and we are all trying to eradicate this malignant form of legal contempt for the constitution anf the civil rights of all Americans. No one is above the constitution they just seem to disregard that. By the way, does anyone know the sources of this practice of misjustice? Which law schools did these fine examples of miscondct, life thieving, lying, ethically deficient and morally deprived individuals actually graduate from? I mean you can't just explain this on a few bad apples, they were taught this science of corruption and how to evoke it sans opposition. Perhaps Yale can add a special chapter on their next release of the white paper.

Dan, you are a GREAT AMERICAN! HANG IN THERE DAD!

  2. Dan wants everyone to view him as the victim, when in reality he doesn't need to look any further than the mirror to find the culprit. Not everything is a big conspiracy and not everyone is out to get you buddy. This case is/was a joke, however Dan needs to grow up and learn to take some responsibility in his life. It does appear that he gets it honest, with brother and mother acting the exact same way on a regular basis.
